We start with the basics of the barcamp format and get to know each other.
We determine the further course of CityConnect together! Each participant has the opportunity to contribute and share their expertise or passion. Whether you want to offer an exciting session, give an inspiring talk, start a dynamic mastermind group, or open a heated discussion group - this is your space!
Spoiled for choice: Where do you participate? You decide from 2-3 parallel sessions. Of course, you also have the freedom to switch between sessions. The focus here is on knowledge transfer. Discover new perspectives, get input on a specialist topic or develop solutions to your current problem together with others.
End the evening with a shared reflection and exchange with other participants in in-depth conversations. Maybe you'll meet your next customer or cooperation partner here? Who knows...

Barcamp is a kind of “unconference format”. There is no predefined program, but we develop it together on site.
A central element of barcamps are sessions offered by the participants. These can be, for example, lectures, discussion panels or 1:1 sessions.
In our City Connect events we give you a detailed overview, explain the guidelines and start the session planning after getting to know each other. Once everything is divided, the sessions begin and you can choose between 2-3 parallel activities and topics in each round.
City Connect are live events in your city where we connect people on a deeper level. We are all about co-creation, further development and mutual support. We work with selected formats so that really everyone can benefit. Our events are facilitated by City Hosts who guide you through the event and set the stage for growth.
And Human Connect is our bigger vision. An umbrella, a platform, a community and a fundamental attitude for which we stand and which we will nourish and fill with the most diverse activities in the future.
